about me

My name is Becky and I created Love Fitness MCR in 2010. I have taken part in dance classes since being 3 years old and I am passionate about fitness and exercise. I love the feeling of working out to uplifting music and the endorphins it releases. Exercise is so important for health and wellbeing. I am a part-time primary school teacher as well as running my classes. I know exercise can be a chore for many so my aim is to share my passion and to make exercise fun.

what is love fitness?

I wanted to create some fitness classes where anyone could attend. You don’t have to sign up to an expensive monthly fee. You can drop in whenever you like. Not everyone feels comfortable in a gym setting, it can be quite intimidating. My classes are in a school hall with no mirrors in sight. Everyone is friendly and is working on their own goals. My classes are community based and are full of people from all walks of life of varying ages, shapes and sizes. Everyone is very welcoming so don't worry about attending for the first time!
