The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create an exercise class that is both effective and addictive! My fun and friendly classes have been running in the Didsbury area since March 2010 and many of my members have been attending since then (be warned, you will be hooked!).
Zumba is suitable for all ages (16+) and levels of fitness and you do not need to know how to dance! Simply turn up in your trainers with a bottle of water. The class is all about getting moving and having fun so don’t take it too seriously. We run the class in the dark with disco lights so you can leave your inhibitions at home!

Fat loss just got real simple.
Kettlercise is an amazing fat burning workout... designed to shape and sculpt your body for rapid fat loss and a lean toned body. It's a stimulating, invigorating, safe and easy-to-follow, calorie-blitzing, fat-blasting program and people everywhere are loving the lightening quick RESULTS! I have plenty of kettlebells ranging from 2kgs up to 12kgs so no need to bring your own. Beginners are very welcome at this class. Be prepared to work hard, but you are welcome to take a break whenever you need to and take it at your own pace.

I have created a Pilates class which uses a more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It still applies the main principles of Pilates, such as breathing, centering, concentration, balance and control, but it also involves more functional movements for everyday life. It is a faster moving class to regular Pilates and is all set in time to music from the latest charts. This class will improve overall body strength with the lots of emphasis on your back and core muscles. It will also help to improve posture, mobility, joint problems and tone your body. In my class we use mini balls and resistance bands to make things a bit more interesting!
Is this Pilates class suitable for everyone?
This class is designed for the healthy adult. It is not for people who have chronic back problems and who are currently having treatment with a Physiotherapist/Doctor. It also isn't suitable for pregnant participants.
WHEN: This class isn't running at the moment
My Body Blitz class is a fab class which starts with a short warm up to get the joints mobilised. We then move on to a 30 minute circuit which varies each week. Some exercises use just body weight like burpees, squats and pressups. We also use functional kit, like slam balls, kettlebells and powerbags to work muscle and boost metabolism.
We then finish the class with 10-15 minutes of Pilates abs exercises using mini balls. It is a great workout to work the whole body. All abilities welcome, just go at your own pace.
